Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate market data survey participation, organizing and submitting data, analyzing returned data, propose job and salary structure for approval.
2. Ensure that compensation practices in the region are consistent with the global & regional compensation strategy, while at the same recognizing local markets laws, practices, customs etc.
3. Provides support in the implementation of annual pay review, promotion and variable incentive pay and ensures that Corp.'s established guidelines are strictly adhered.
4. Evaluates and makes recommendations for annual salary budget.
5. Provides recommendation for salary offer, salary adjustments and promotion of managerial employees holding critical or regional positions for further approval.
6. Conducts regular review of competitiveness of IMI benefits in China and recommends necessary programs that will help improve attraction and retention of talents.
7. Ensures that benefits are implemented according to policy
8. Provides guidelines and updates consistent with the implementation of Performance Management System.
9. Ensures that the Performance Review is done on time and that 100% of qualified employees will have a performance review in order to maintain and updated and complete PA results.
10. Provides consultation and support to site HR Managers in China on all compensation programs, plans and processes.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Good oral and written english
3. Good master of government laws and regulartion
4. At least 5 years working experiences in HR, C&B or payroll.
5. Good skill at Excel
6. Working experience in multi-national company is a plus
