Responsible for the administration HR policies, programs and procedures. Provides general support on day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists with the monitoring of the wage and salary structure and the vairiable pay.
2. Provides competitive market research and and prepares pay studies to help establish compensation strategy.
3. Provides payroll processing back-up support
4. Provides recommendation for salary offer, salary adjustments and promotion of supervisory / professional / technical employees for regional positions for further approval.
5. Provides support in the benefit administration services.
6. Assists employees with any claim issues.
7. Assist with the implementation of the performance management system
8. Coordinates the implementation of all HR services, policies and programs through respective site HR.
9. Reviews manpower requests and endorses to HR Director for approval.
10. Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees includig orientation , manuals or handbooks
11. Assists with the monitoring of spending of regional HR's budget
12. Consolidates all HR reports for utilization of HR Director and Corp such as but not limited to:
1. Attrition Report
2. Headcount Report
3. Manpower Reques Report
4. Performance Improvement Plan Report
5. Labor Relation Cases
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Good oral and written english
3. Good master of government laws and regulartion
4. At least 2 years working experiences in HR, C&B or payroll.
5. Good skill at Excel
6. Working experience in multi-national company is a plus
