岗位要求：

1.      Identifies, selects, and manages global supplier relationships for assigned  commodities (low/medium spend commodities) to ensure that products and services are delivered to the quality, cost and delivery performance levels required. May ensure all engineering, customer, security, and EHS requirements are met.  Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned commodities.   May provide hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.    

2.      Defines, develops and communicates the commodity strategy that drives a supply base committed to deliver 100% quality parts, on time, with continued effort to reduce the total cost of the commodity and may ensure all engineering, customer, security, and EHS  requirements are met.  Manages supplier relationships.              

3.      Reviews RFQ packages and spreadsheet analysis to make recommendations for improvement. Identifies potential suppliers and makes recommendations on supplier selection and quality compliance.               

4.      Performs supplier negotiations  and determines most competitive total cost solutions using creativity and latitude.                 

5.      Executes plans to meet customer commitment to deliver 100% quality parts, on time, with continuous emphasis on cost containment.  Drives projects for Sourcing team ensuring objectives are met and communication channels are effective.                  

6.      Defines, drives and implements continuous improvement projects to ensure objectives are met.  Leads simplification in the overall Supply Chain process.  Provides expertise to internal team as well as other internal functions.              

7.      Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position.

职位要求：

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering or relevant subject

2.      Minimum 3 years sourcing experience in manufacturing field

3.      Familiar with metal processing and quality requirements

4.      Good at Microsoft office software (work, excel, ppt.)

5.      Initiative, cooperative and communicative

6.      Demonstrate ability of problem analysis and solving 

7.      Good command of English
