Responsibilities:

Representing the interests of internal and extemal customer across our business,technology and operations teams

Establishing trusted working relationships with our customers and maintaining them over time

Leading elicitation,discovery,prototyping,and business analysis activies

Work closely with system architect and data architerctto implement technical and architecture design with various database ,data warehouse, BI tools and necessary programming utilitier

Performing project anakysis work such as detailed requirements,data flows,user stories and functional and interface specs

Developing acceptance tests to support user test

Partnering with DEV and QA on solution assessment and validation

Contributing to our ever-evolving next generation clearing systems business / functional specifications

Other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

B.A. or B.S. in business ,information system computer science or relevant experience

5-7 years of business systems analysis,architecture,or related area experience

Experience in product development,SDLC,Agile methodologies and practices

Experience of relational databases.data modeling and database design

Strong knowledge on DB2/Oracle/MS SQL Databases and related programming languages such as  SQL ,at least one scripting language and at least one high-leavel programming language

Experience of one common commercial BI Platfirms,ETL tools likes (SSIS .OWB , DI ,Informatica, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Business Objects ,Pentaho,etc,),reporting utilities,etc.

Knowledge about Big Data and /or AI technologies is a big plus;

Good command of written English and excellent written and verbal communication abilities

The ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization as well sa external customers and vendors

Excellent problem solving mentality

Experience in Financial Markets(e.g.exchange-based,OTC,FCM,brokerage house)preferred

Knowledge of financial products,clearing,or post-trade processing,market data ,preferred

The successful candidate should have good grasp of technologies,and have good presentation and communication skills

岗位实际工作职责：

1、编写Draft 设计说明书；

2、一起设计数据仓库的数据模型（Data Model）,梳理数据处理逻辑（ETL Logic）,传递给开发团队进行代码开发；

3、基于设计好的数据模型描述每个表和每个字段的业务含义，并准备样例数据，以便业务用户和技术人员更好地理解模型；

4、review 开发团队做的ETL程序（ETL工具是PDI（Pentaho Data Integration））是Kettle的商用版，和Informatica ,SSIS等类似）给测试团队做的Test Case 提出一些建议和Solution;

5、后期有机会参与报表设计和开发（报表工具 PBA(Pentaho Business Analytics)，同JD里提到的Cognos ,BO ,SSRS等类似。
