MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Perform and facilitate RF connector related market research in China mainland, provide new market exploring/analysis report, search for target accounts in new market segment, develop target customer list (Excel)

§ Exhibition calendar update, focus on exhibitions related with RF demands, MWCS, PT China, IME, EDICON…

§ Support P&M manager on marketing planning, marketing material deliverables, and the development of new sales tools including catalogs, product brochures, cut sheets, sample kits, trade show materials, banner graphics, and promotional giveaways

§ Manage incoming leads and distribute to sales team, and collect feedback on regularly basis

§ Summary new business/product/market achievement on monthly basis (with regional AE’s support)

§ Coordinate the translation of marketing materials and web content with global marketing team

§ Company /Regional presentation updates, gather and maintain library of printable materials and digital collateral

§ Provide ad-hoc reports as needed

education and Experience required:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business plus one (1) to three (3) years of experience

§ Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools including PowerPoint and Excel.

§ Data mining experience or SEO knowledge is plus

§ Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

§ Strong self-motivated personality, good team player

§ Fluent in English and Mandarin, good presentation ability
