Position Summary:

This position will assist in the project management in injection or stamping department, including new business project introduce into production, investment plan preparation for new project and internal parties co-ordination for job alignment etc.

Responsibilities:

·         Communicate with overseas Business Unit engineers by written and phone channels and align with internal parties

·         Prepare PPAP & TS16949 documents (such as PFMEA, In-process control, X-Bar Chart, Flow Chart, etc.)

·         Introduce new production or process equipment into mass production

·         Conduct pilot run to introduce new business into mass production

·         Conduct injection & stamping process and mold trouble analysis

Requirements:

·         Diploma or above major in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

·         3 years or above project management experience in metal or plastic components manufacturing

·         Familiar with stamping or injection process; knowledge of metal or plastic tooling

·         Able to understand engineering drawing, knowledge of APQP and UL

·         Good communication skill and systematic problem solving skills

·         Good command of spoken and written English
