Position Summary:

The position will support projects for new product productization, focusing activities with cross-functional teams on problem solving and schedule control.

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare technical documents and resources for sample making

·         Assist in problem solving during sampling process

·         Review and manage the schedule of sample making

·         Support on tooling/fixture design& improvement

·         Participate in technical discussion with design & motor assembly engineering teams

·         Perform new machine commissioning with maintenance team

·         Conduct presentation to management regarding process improvement

·         Review budget and equipment investment plan with management

·         Provide coaching to team members on problem solving and competency improvement in the process

Requirements:

·         Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in Engineering

·         5 years or above working experience in project management (new product development), and manufacturing industry, Automotive and EMS industry is a preferred;

·         Good knowledge of metal material properties and common fabrication process;

·         Knowledge of Solidworks/AutoCAD is required

·         Good spoken and written English

·         Good communication and coordination skills
