Jame seeks to hire a Project Manager to manage overseas customers’ OEM and ODM product development projects. responsibilities— a Project Manager will push projects from start to finish though the company’s processes, keeping the Customer informed and happy along the way respond to Customer requests: RFP, RFQ, schedule updates, etc study incoming technical documentation: drawings, swatches, etc. communicate Customer’s requests to various departments, teams, staff inside the company push the project to meet the Customer’s timeline solve Customer’s problems before being asked communicate company’s results to Customer: progress, DFM, etc.  communicate and coordinate with internal supporting teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, etc)  maintains Project Management system (company training provided)  deliver successfully; encourage customers for more opportunities characteristics— can lead others to meet the Customer’s goal excellent written communication skills—correct, complete, and on time—in a foreign language such as English  organized in thinking and actions creative problem solver enjoys satisfying Customers; enjoys working with foreigners enjoys learning enjoys good product design and quality manufacturing  requirements: ability to drive a one-two month development process attention to detail accurate and timely communication skills ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  able to learn— operation system, process tools able to understand— materials details and manufacturing processes, especially tooling process. spoken Mandarin, written Chinese, read and write English capable to travel outside of China to customer’s offices
