Responsibilities

·         Global stock reporting to management in various departments

·         Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock

·         Submitting, receiving and processing purchase orders

·         Coordinate regular inventory audits

·         Keep updated inventory records

·         Liaise with marketing and sales team for new product launches

·         Update distributors worldwide with the latest manufacturing lead times

·         Organise global events calendar with distribution partners, with clear cut off times to 

manufacture goods for these promotions

The candidate must;

Ideally have worked in this type of role for 2 years minimum previously

Have excellent Excel skills

Have strong IT and literacy skills

Have exceptional spoken and written skills in English

Be extremely organised and be able to meet tight deadlines

Be a team player but also has initiative to work individually

Be self-motivated and highly driven
