职位描述：

DQA 工程师主要是测试和检查产品的性能和可靠性。

1. 起草测试计划，包括产品规格、认证要求和客户请求;

2. 能够使用实验室设备例如：万用表、积分球、示波器等测试产品的电气和机械性能和可靠性;

3. 测试设备管理和维护;

4. 跟进发现的质量问题，验证改进措施的有效性;

5. 在早期设计阶段引入质量控制以避免潜在的质量问题;

6. 指导DQA技术员实施测试计划;

职位要求：

1. 本科学历，电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业;

2. 至少具有3年以上设计、测试或质量工作经验;

3. 具备电子产品测试经验,以及了解电子产品的电路原理图;

4. 具备能够使用基本电气设备的操作经验，设备包括但不仅限于万用表、示波器、供电器、负荷表等;

5. 具备相关知识或经验者优先考虑,包括电子设计,质量设计，单片机知识,FW测试&运用;

Position Expectation

DQA engineer is expected to check, test and gate the product design for both performance and reliability.

Draft test plan to cover each feature in product spec, certification requirement and customer application;

Test products electrical & mechanical performance and reliability with lab equipment such as multi-meter, integrating sphere, oscilloscope…..;

Testing equipment management & maintenance.

Follow up the quality issues found and verify the effectiveness of corrective action;

Give quality input during early design stage to avoid potential quality issue;

Instruct the DQA technician to implement test plan;

Qualifications

Bachelor on Electronic Engineering, computer science or relevant majors;

At least 3 years design, testing or quality experiences;

Experience of electronics product testing and understanding of electronic product schematic is required;

Operation experience of basic electronic equipment like oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplier, E-load…. is required;

knowledge or experience for electronic design, design quality, MCU, FW testing & appliance is preferred;
