Merchandising & Product Dev.
1. Sales analysis
· To analyze the sales of of our brands of watches , identifying best sellers / worst sellers and why
· Then assist trend direction for new product development
2. Industry newsletter collection
· To get registered on website about watches, fashions, and luxury industry news and gather the daily or weekly newsletters.
· To produce our own weekly trend report to be send with the Sales team, Design team, Marketing team and Merchandising team as well as client
3. Brand / Collection Development
· To work with the product request from customer or from top management to define (under the supervision of the manager) the design brief, to work with designer to complete the design request.
· To work with Purchasing team to meet the product target cost request.
· To work closely with the Sourcing team for any necessary materials in order to meet the product development request.
· To communicate with R&D team for any technical request or issues to finalize the samples within the target budget and sample lead time.
· To prepare price list and presentation for the assigned collection / brand
II. Product room and product sample management
1. Product Room organization
· To be in charge of the product room in & out record.
· To be responsible for the tidiness and well
organization of the product room
2. Product sample management
· To be in charge of the product sample in & out record.
· To be responsible for the sample organization in the showroom.
III. Others
Some other duties as per manager’s request.
