Senior FP&A Analyst 

Responsibilities:
1. CER review, CAPEX spending control / track / analysis.
2. Fixed OH expense control / track / analysis.
3. Mfg. OH rate analysis and set up
4. Conversion Productivity reporting and analysis.
5. Coordinate/Consolidate with multiple sites (Thailand, Chengdu, Singapore, Shanghai, Suzhou, etc) for reports.
6. Month end close for P/L & Others reports / analysis for operation purpose.
7. Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budget update. Coordinate with SHZN Operation team, other different sites in Asia and also Corporate.
8. TEOA Finance scorecard and activity
9. Business analysis support to the operation management
10. Other work assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above of Accounting / Finance background.
2. 8+years Financial working experience in Manufacturing company, familiar with multiple Financial functions, at least 3 years work experience in Financial analysis / Costing area, familiar with standard cost rule and Fixed asset.
3. Good numerical concept, strong logical thinking. Be capable of working independently and good communication skill with different country colleagues, Independent problem solve ability.
4. Skillful in Office software, especially Excel, PPT, familiar with SAP is better.
5. Fluent English, Good writing / reading /speaking, can communicate with US/Europe sites independently.
6. Responsible; Team work; Proactive in work; can work under pressure and be able to adapt to work overtime.
