Description of Duties:
1、Choose correct recruiting channel according to different requirements;
2、Generating recruiting reports to managers;
3、Contact with each department to clarify and analyze their hiring requirements;
4、Resumes and application files management and screening;
5、Conduct the first round interview and evaluation;
6、Following the recruitment process and track hiring status;
7、Conduct job fair and other recruiting activities when they are required;
8、Assist with annual headcount plan;
9、Evaluate the effective use of the new hires;
10、Maintain the system of job descriptions from all departments.
Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、More than 3 years' recruiting experience;
3、Good command of Chinese and English (oral & written);
4、Good communication and interpersonal skills.
