Job Description:
1.Work with hiring managers on current and future openings, workforce planning and the future state of the organization.
2.Conduct recruitment and interview process for senior level and high-end positions.
3.Create an effective candidate network and systematizes candidates’ information as appropriate.
4.Monitor and track internal headcount approval process.
5.Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve staffing objectives.
6.Develop and manages relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.
7.Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, generalists and other stakeholders.
8.Lead and coach staffing team to guarantee them to fulfill the recruiting objectives.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above in HR management or related discipline.
2.At least 5 years' experiences in multinational company in staffing and recruitment functions, prefer electronic industrial areas company.
3.Knowledge of employee relations, employment law, training and development , compensation and benefits.
4.Fluent in English speaking and writing.
