Responsibilities:
Participated in the formulation of regional marketing strategies, responsible for the formulation of annual sales plans for customers under my jurisdiction, and led the team to achieve sales targets;
Responsible for organizing the project approval, project analysis and project goal formulation of major clients, preparing project implementation plan and budget, organizing and implementing project plan, making cross-project path design and project cost management, carrying out project node management and risk control, and organizing and filing project data;
Responsible for the organization and communication of the daily business matters of major customers, able to quickly understand the organizational structure and decision-making chain information of major customers, and establish the relationship between customers;
Can effectively integrate all kinds of data, analyze, sort out and summarize the problems in key customer service and public relations, formulate strategies and implement, track the results of customer complaints, and conduct customer service satisfaction survey and evaluation;
Responsible for the research work of clients and competitors, complete the analysis of competitive products and substitutes, formulate strategies and implement them;
Responsible for the demand forecast of the customers in charge, and submit the pre-purchase plan of the customers on schedule;
According to customer needs, organize and mobilize background resources (business, technology, market, etc.) to meet customer needs with the best service and support.
Requirement:
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
Familiar with SGCC, CSG, Power Plant & Industrial customer, familiar with EPC customer;
Have the experience in OEM sales especial GIS company is a plus;
Have the experience in overhead line business is a plus.
