Job Description.

1.      Control ERP data quality related to costing / margin , identify problem area and follow up active plans  (either human, either system issues) 

2.      Weekly Margin report (Costing Margin VS Quotation Margin VS Purchasing Margin VS Actual Margin ), identify orders with Margin issue  and alert top management 

3.      Provide monthly inventory report for slow rotating  and obsolescence .

4.      Suppliers and customers financial performance report through ERP data

5.      To participate company manufacturing  management through Key financial data from ERP, suggestion for improvement.  

6.      Weekly meeting with IT dept for ERP improvement  

7.      Participate in ad hoc analysis & project.

Qualifications:

1.     5 year's experience in MNC's costing field, especially in manufacturing industry.

2.     Familiar with computer application, especially in excel, able to process and analysis big amount of data

3.     Familiar with EPR system, good IT sense

4.     Good communication skill and good teamwork player, can work under pressure.

5.     Good command in English.

6.       Has good comment sense and Business mindset , follow up active plans with other dept  to achieve overall margin target
