Your New Responsibilities:
1. Overall management, responsibility, as well as coordination, processes, KPI performance for responsible WHs and transportation, budget planning & control, investment planning.
2. Management of all operational processes within responsible warehouse for shipments to customers as well as other customers as required.
3. Securing warehouse delivery service, optimizing/improving warehousing costs, budget and investment planning, budget control.
4. 3PL contract/contract negotiations
5. Involving projects to support other departments/functions
6. Leading and coaching teams to achieve high team work performance


What We Look For:
1.      Min. 10 years experiences in logistics operations with increase responsibility
2.      Min. 3 years of leadership experience, Cooperation with different culture is prefer
3.      Experienced in covering a value chain, experience in business process management and project implementation, experience in leading logistics projects (negotiations and RFQs)
4.      Knowledge of processes, organizations and equipment in various WH environments
5.      Knowledge of safety and security regulations, as well as all relevant legal requirements relevant to all WH/areas of Warehouse operations
6.      Knowledge of Logistics service providers (3PL) market and players in China
7.      Knowledge of process improvement technics, TCT (Total Cycle time), PQI (process Quality Improvement), LEAN
8.      Good command of written and spoken English
