工作职责(Responsibilities):
1. 辅助总经理、总裁以及以色列同事的日常工作包括设定会议,提醒日程或假期变更。
Assist GM, Managing Director and QIL colleagues' daily work included meetings' set up; remind them the agendas or holidays' changing.
2. 负责以色列同事和其他客人来中国的行程接送以及酒店和公司用餐。
In charge of all the QIL and customers' itinerary such as logistic issues and accommodations as well as their meals.
3. 掌握总经理和总裁的工作安排以便通知和协调各部门 / 分公司。
Be aware of GM's working schedule so as to notify and coordinate with the relevant departments / branches.
4. 与公司各个部门合作,以确保上司的旨意传到。
Working with each department to make sure the orders from GM have been distributed.
5. 根据上司的需求,找到更多的文件或订单信息,在必要时做到保密。
Find more documents or orders' information as per GM's requirements, and see it as confidential if needed.
6. 不定时翻译总经理和总裁需要的文件。
Translate documents for GM and CEO occasionally.
7. 协助总经理和总裁的日常生活包括预定机票等其他差事。
Assist GM and CEO' s daily work included book E-tickets and other errands.
8. 代总经理开会并上报会议总结,协助审阅单据。
As a representative of GM to participate some meetings and hand over meeting summaries, assist on looking over payments.
9. 准备和整合月度MOR报告,协助审核报告及跟进相应措施。
Prepare and coordinate the monthly MOR report and assist in checking the report and follow up actions.
10. 处理其它任何临时指派的任务。
Other duties as required.
任职资格(Qualification) :
1. 大专以上学历
College or above degree.
2. 2年以上相关工作经验
Above 2 years relative work experience.
3. 英语听说读写精通
Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
