Duties
· Provide after sales service and care to our customers (B2B);
· Communicate and meet with corporate clients for provide customer service to assigned corporate clients (B2B);
· Handle corporate client's inquiries/ complaints and promote full range of company's maintenance solution/ services to customers;
· Provide documents / information to get Technical Approval (TA) before shipments;
· Develop repair / training materials to customers to support the repair service.
Requirements
· Good command of English business communication;
· 1-2 years experience in mobile phone industry;
· Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email;
· Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
