Job Description

The Global Technical Program Manager will be based in Shenzhen. This role is to oversee the Volcano S2S product development projects, key member of the customer-facing team.

* Zhuhai Zero-escape Initiative (high reliability approach quality program) maturity acceleration & proficiency

* Zhuhai support to execute PCBA equipment data collection and standardization roadmap

* Site support of Development Supply Chain (virtual NPI) roadmap deployment (project scope in definition phase)

* World-wide technical compliance validation & reporting for Customer technical policies and documents (Engineering documents, manufacturing line configuration, equipment capability, site innovation, etc)

* World-wide traceability reporting compliance & accuracy, root cause / corrective action tracking for non-compliance events

* Proficiency in: High reliability risk-based Quality assurance tools; PFMEA, QCP. 8D, RCCA, Negative test

* Proactive process auditing, risk identification & assessment, digital closed-loop corrective action (CLCA)

* Specification interpretation, technical Business requirements document (BRD) scoping, generation, implementation

* Process simplification, poke-yoke, ROI justified manufacturing automation

* Effective deployment and use of factory visual management

* Exposure to digital manufacturing factory (data collection, data integrity, visualization, e-alert, e-corrective action, systematic escalation)

* Complex project management; comprehensive program management
