PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Integrity, honest, strong sense of responsibility, outgoing & spirit of dedication.
Bachelor or above, mechanical related major or engineering major.
At least 5 years sales experience in new energy battery industry, familiar with fastener is plus
Proven track record in new business development with strong value-sell ability..
Existing strong customer relationship with new energy battery customers.
Good communication and coordination ability, willing to teamwork..
Independent working ability, can work under pressure, willing to overtime and domestic business trip if necessary.
MS office skill.
Written English is necessary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead development and execution of company's plans with focus in new energy battery segment.
Work collaboratively with departments including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Operations &
Engineering to accomplish sales objectives.
Provide recommendations to management regarding new opportunities including new products and
services for identified company's targets.
Identify and build strong relationships with target/ strategic customers to support business growth.
Collaborate with key/ target/ strategic customers to organize technical seminars/ conferences and
presentations to support market growth effort.
Negotiate with company's target customers on contracts, pricing and issues.
Monitor competitor offering including products, sales, business model and marketing activities.
Reviews and analyzes company's and EMS/ODM sales performances against Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
and forecasts to determine effectiveness and need for improvement.
Work closely with the plants to ensure quality of products and on-time delivery.
Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business opportunity.
Completion of various sales reports and other duties as required.
