Our client is a global leading manufacture provider.

Duties:

- Assist AP General Counsel in M&A transactions

- Responsible for general administration of legal department, provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources

- Review and supervise staff attorney’s review of all types of contracts, agreements, significant correspondences or any other documents to which is a party or involved, and assess legal implications to benefits

- Negotiate, review and draft all types of contracts, agreements, significant correspondences or any other documents as per requests from other departments

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that legal risks have been identified and appropriate actions have been taken

- Manage disputes with customers, suppliers, agents and employees

- Manage and coordinate in patents, trademarks, know-how, confidentiality and other IP related issues

- Handle and review progress of ongoing litigations / arbitrations, and manage external lawyers’ work

Require：

- Solid knowledge in PRC laws and regulations

- Proficient in both written and oral English

- Good command of PC applications

- Ability to work independently, mature, resourceful and under pressure

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Stable personality and high sense of responsibility

- LLM or above degree

- PRC Bar qualification

- At least 5 years’ legal experience with either multinational companies, or well reputed PRC or international law firms

- Rich experiences in M&A transactions

- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel
