Responsibilities
Handle monthly payroll and bonus calculate and payment, IIT, Social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance management maternity allowance declaration
Maintain and update HR information and system including roster, cityray, compass and attendance system
Provide C&B related service to employees such as income and employment certification and all kinds of HR reports
Responsible for employee exit process
Personnel files management
Handle and assist annual market salary survey, promotion, merit, budget and performance management
Performs the ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder in Business/ Human Resources Management or related majors
At least 2 years' experience in Human Resources field
Knowledge of C&B
Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office
Advanced writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese
