Wharfedale Pro are recruiting for a Product Manager – Pro Audio.  Working within the International Sales & Marketing teams, this new role is to develop new Pro Audio products for the International market which will lead to continued business growth.

The “input” for this role comes from the successful candidates’ existing Pro Audio experience -  along with product proposals made from Wharfedale Pro worldwide distribution partners.

To ensure the best communication with R&D teams and Head Office staff, the ideal candidate will be located in Shenzhen, China or should be prepared for regular trips to China.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities

You are the central hub for all International new product development.

需要作为国际市场新产品开发的核心要员。

You research the market and you listen to our customers.

You create well researched and well documented product proposals which start the internal development processes.

需要创建经过完善调研的新产品提案文档以便进行内部研发流程。

You closely monitor progress of the new products on the roadmap - and you take appropriate action (often with external departments) to ensure timely and efficient development.

You work with a wide variety of different departments and 3rd party suppliers to get the new product ready for Sales and Marketing.

Through your efficient project management, you are able to keep Sales and Marketing staff informed of the latest situation of each new product.

“Must have” skills. 必备技能

A proven track record in Professional Audio product management. 5 years minimum.

A comprehensive knowledge of the different product requirements from around the world.

A technical understanding of all categories of the business.  From DJ to advanced Line Arrays.  From MI to Install.

对从DJ到线阵列，从MI到安装音箱等各类专业音频有技术了解。

A strong commercial / business understanding.
