岗位描述：

- 开发新品及新供应商，协调客户与供应商的沟通与合作

- 根据采购计划安排下单，负责采购订单制作与资料录入

- 跟进订单进度，及时掌握订单生产进度及出货品质，确保准时出货

- 协助收货并进行来货确认，适时查看库存，合理控制采购周期

- 协助品质检验，特别是新品采购首样，量产前样品确认及首单抽样检查；就品质问题与供应商及时沟通，跟进处理改进结果；处理退货等

- 完成上级交代的其它相关工作任务

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历. 具备较好的英文沟通能力

- 有较强的议价谈判能力，锐意进取

- 能熟练运用办公软件，Excel 必须熟练

- 工作踏实细心，责任心强，具有团队合作精神

Responsibilities:-

- Develop new products and new suppliers, bridge the collaboration and communication between customers and factories, be proactive in accomplishing new project.

- Compile product spec and present newly launched products in timely manner, manage product database

- Place regular orders, track down order processing status, keep in control of the production status and quality to secure timely delivery

- Coordinate in receiving inbound shipment, monitor inventory level and keep in control of lead time

- Assist in onsite or inbound quality control, special focus on new sample, new order, sample before mass production, sampling plan.

- Track down quality issue resolution with suppliers, handle order defects and returns.

Qualifications:-

- College or above, international trade or similar is preferred, good command of English

- Sourcing merchandiser experience is a plus, experience related to outdoor and sports is essential

- Basics in plastic, metal and fabrics manufacturing technics and finishing, basics in printing and packaging

- Strong negotiation stills, aggressive but with a pleasant manner J

- Skilled in office application, excel skill is a must
