Responsible for managing company’s e-stores on Amazon/eBay/Alibaba/Other Platforms, and achieving financial targets of sales and GP.

负责管理公司在亚马逊/ eBay /阿里巴巴等电商平台开设的电子商店，实现销售和GP的财务目标

Main Responsibilities /主要職責

1、 Assist and manage all our e-stores selling consumer electronics to achieve sales and profitability targets; 协助和管理上述電子商店销售消费电子产品以实现销售或盈利目标

2、 Manage daily operation of all e-stores, including but not limited to product listing, pricing updates, customer orders and enquiries, and handle order processing cycle and follow up etc; 管理上述電子商店的日常运营，包括但不限于产品更新，定价更新，客户订单和查询，以及处理订单处理周期和跟进等

3、 Monitor all e-stores’ accounts seller rating/performance on regular basis to ensure performance continuously to meet the above platforms’ requirements, as well as to identify business improvement areas; 监察上述電商平台对卖家评级/表现的评估，以确保持续满足上述平台的要求，并确定业务改进领域

4、 Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers by responding to customer product and order enquiry; 通过响应客户产品和订单查询，提供在线客户服务并管理与客户的所有通讯

5、 Work with different departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction; 与不同部门合作，确保最终的业务及客户满意度达标

6、 Handle ad hoc tasks and provide regular reports. 处理临时任务和定期提供业务报告

Required Knowledge and Skills /任職資格

Ø  Diploma or above in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related disciplines; 市场营销/商业/电子商务或相关学科的大专文凭或以上

Ø  Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in managing and operating marketplace stores such as Amazon, eBay, Tmall or Alibaba etc;  具备至少1 - 2年的亚马逊，eBay，天猫或阿里巴巴电子商店管理和运营经验

Ø  Preferences will be given to candidates with experience in online selling of computer accessories or peripherals; 优先考虑具有在线销售计算机配件或外围设备经验的候选人;

Ø  Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and capability to handle tasks and assignments independently 良好的分析、解决问题能力，并能独立处理各项事务

Ø  Active listening and learning skill, team spirit mindset, good interpersonal communication skill 良好的聆听技巧，主动的学习态度，具团队精神，善于与他人沟通合作

Ø  Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing 良好的中英文读写能力
