DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

1. Overall capacity balancing & pre-alert.

评估整体产能是否可以满足需求， 平衡产能分配；

2. WO management for creation, timely back flush closing, aging WO follow up and system maintenance.

工单管理， 包括系统维护， 开工单，及时关工单 以及过期工单的跟踪处理；

3. Create detail Build Plan and shipment plan for each process according to Delivery Schedule and materials status.

根据出货需求和物料情况做出生产计划和出货计划。

4. OTD monitoring and improvement.

监控和提高OTD 达成率；

5. WIP DOS reduction.

在线物料，半成品， 成品的库存控制及减少；

6. Watch over the daily production, give indications to production line to fulfill the delivery when special case occurred; monitor production on output to make sure archive the target. Adjust the plan if have any issues.

跟踪每日产线的生产情况， 及时协调处理产线的各种异常情况。 在出现异常情况时 能够为了满足出货需求而灵活调整生产计划；

7. Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.

对于客户要求提前， 或推后订单交期， 或是面对欠料， 人力问题，压货，以及其他影响产线运作和交货等问题时， 可以向管理层或是项目管理部门提出计划方面的建设性的建议，以减少损失，满足客户需求；

8. EICC/OT forecast control.

员工行为规范—员工加班小时控制和管理。

9. Logistic application and SR

相关出货的安排，订柜计划等

10. Forecast analysis and order receiving.

预测分析和订单处理。

Proficient with MRP or ERP system;

精通MRP 或ERP 系统

Good Written and Oral English is desired,

良好的英语书写及口语能力者优先

Familiar with office software (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)

熟练操作办公软件（Excel; Word; PowerPoint）
