You will be an integral member of the Engineering team and will be responsible for managing projects. And lead a team in the development and deployment to achieve the goal in time with excellent quality. ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Project and Program Management of multiple projects including but not limited OEM and ODM

• Management of projects through the Project Process, Project Management Charter, and PMI knowledge areas of integration management, scope, communication, cost, quality, and risk management. 

• Be accountable to drive the team and related counterparties to deliver all project defined targets – time, quality, cost, etc.

• Orchestration of the internal process areas, continuity and convergence with Client activities.

• Responsible for maintaining constructive and positive relationships within the engineering team, product management team and with the suppliers.

• Delivering the fiscal and internal schedule objectives of the program within 10%.

• Continually identifying areas for improvement to process and business, including managing the validation team project deliverables.

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:

1. A degree in related Engineering qualification, 4+ years relevant Program Management / Project Management experience

2. Proficient in MS Office Project; Certified PMP

3. Capable of determining, monitoring and reviewing project costs, operating budgets, staffing requirements, project resources and project risks

4. Coach members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals, meet established schedules and resolve technical issues

5. Ability to work well with others at all levels and all disciplines

6. Effective interpersonal skills with a flexible, calm and collaborative team based approach

7. Exceptional communication skills as well as possessing effective technical negotiation skills

8. Exceptional stakeholder management skills both internal and external (suppliers etc)

9. Experience in a similar industry an asset
