Mechanical Design Engineer:

Responsibilities:

· Responsible in R&D project design and development of a Radio, Acoustic Speaker products, Bluetooth devices, Headphones, Power banks and mobile accessories.

· Design, develop, test and debug products tooling and assembly.

· Develop project schedules, Bill of Materials, Part and assembly drawings from concept to manufacture

· Specify materials of construction, design testing programs to prove designs are safe and reliable

· Work with Industrial designers, UK team, solution houses and suppliers to define product performance and functions.

· Perform problem analysis and implement solutions.

· Assign appropriate part tolerance, manufacturing setup and production support.

Qualifications:

· Design experience in Acoustics products such as Radio, Bluetooth Speakers, Soundbar and speakers, Headphones, Power banks and Mobile phone cases and accessories.

· Related experiences from a sizeable manufacturing organization.

· Familiarity on with different material process and applications such as plastics, metal, rubber, wood, leather etc.

· 3D CAD experience using solids and surfacing techniques Pro-E, Creo5.0, 3DMax, Photoshop, Ai Illustrator.

· Molding part design knowledge for plastic, rubber, metals.

· Jig designs and applications.

· Familiarity with CE, UL, CUL safety testing standards is an advantage.

· Good understanding of written English.

· Frequent travel to solution houses and/or suppliers.

机械设计/结构工程师:

岗位职责:

1. 负责收音机、音响产品、蓝牙设备、耳机、充电宝和移动配件等研发项目的设计和开发；

2. 设计，开发，测试产品模具和装配工艺；

3. 从产品设计理念到生产，能够制定项目计划，制作材料清单、零件和装配图；

4. 能够指定组装材料，设计试验程序，以证明设计是安全可靠的；

5. 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，可以与设计师、英国团队、解决方案公司和供应商共同合作，确认产品的性能和功能；

6. 能够独立分析问题，提出解决方案；

7. 责任心强，能够协助解决生产问题，积极自觉完成其它分配任务。

岗位要求:

1. 拥有声学产品如收音机、音响产品、蓝牙设备、耳机、充电宝和移动配件等相关设计经验者优先；

2. 有在相关大型制造机构或企业任职过的优先；

3. 熟悉不同材料的工艺和应用，如塑料、金属、橡胶、木材、皮革等；

4. 有3D CAD经验和焊接技术，熟练使用Pro-E，Creo5.0，3DMAX，Photoshop，AI插图等绘图软件；

5.  有塑料、橡胶、金属等零件的设计知识；

6.  懂得夹具的设计和应用；

7. 熟悉CE，UL，CUL安全测试标准的优先；

8. 有良好的英语阅读和理解能力；

9. 能适应经常出差到解决方案公司或供应商。
