Roles: 职责
1, Full life cycle Project management: from concept,feasibility, development and MP to meet project QCT target  delivery.
2, Project Scope and Risk Management ： Ensures effective and timely scope management with emphasis on  customer scope and executes  
3,Project Time and Resource Management ：Creates high quality timing plans that are developed with the program  team  from all functional areas. 
4, Project Cost and Financial Management ： Ensures that all program financial targets and budgets are met. 
5, Project Quality ： Ensure that quality objectives and roadmaps are developed and executed via their program  teams. 
6, Project Procurement ： Ensures sourcing on time with high quality suppliers.

Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
l Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
l PMP certification is preferred.   

Work Experience 工作经验：
l Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electric product or mobile phone industry.
l Experience in at least 2 key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering
l Proven knowledge of program management methodology, tools and techniques.  
l Participation or leadership in a cross functional team.
I Experinces in oversea or key carriers.

Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识：
l Lead, motivate and drive a cross functional team.
l Excellent written and oral communication skills.
l Execution and quality focus.
l Ability to travel.
l Fluent in English. 
l Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
