RESPONSIBILITIES (岗位职责)

·         The Technical Program Leader (TPL) is responsible for developing specific product ranges of high quality audio products from concept through to production for some of the worlds leading high end brands.

He or she should posses the following core competencies:

·         Design and specification of electronic or audio systems

·         Problem solving and product trouble shooting

·         Manage the development of electronic or audio systems with inter-disciplinary team work approach

·         Project related task management of supporting engineers

·         Interface between company and customers

·         Fluency in English

The TPL must understand the fundamental requirements of the product design. A central objective is to achieve long term customer loyalty through exceptional product development and to ensure a long-term business relationship by being efficient, technically competent and responsive.
The TPL should exhibit good working knowledge of electrical or audio design, design for cost and for manufacturing. They also should have significant working experience with the introduction of new electronic or audio products to production.

Qualifications and Required Skills (岗位要求)

·         5 or more years of electronics or audio development experience

·         Degree in Acoustics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Physics, or extensive high level technical or process experience

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Fluency in English, good language skills in Mandarin highly preferred

·         Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment

·         Keen to develop product design skills working in a large acoustic and electronic product design group
