职责描述:
1、向员工解释公司和政府的法律、法规和程序,以及执行相关法律、法规的必要性。
Explains to workers company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
2、进行离职面谈和离职原因分析。
Conduct exit interview and analyze reasons of leaving of the employees.
3、定期编撰企业内刊、维护公司公众微信平台,宣导企业文化。
Propagandize corporate culture periodically by internal newspaper and Wechat platform.
4、策划和组织月度和年度员工活动,改善劳资关系。
Plan and organize monthly and yearly activities to improve employee relationship with the company.
5、处理员工申诉、冲突和劳动纠纷。
Deal with employee complaints, conflicts and labor disputes.
6、制定年度团队活动经费预算。
Make annual budget for team building activities.
7、办理外国同事所需相关证件,包括但不限于:外国人就业许可证、外国人来华邀请函、外国人就业证、外国人居留许可证件、外国人住宿登记、外国人就业登记。
Handle all kinds of certificates for foreign employees, including but not limited to : Alien Employment License of The People’s Republic Of China, The Confirmation Letter of Invitation, The Z Visa , Alien Employment Permit, The Residence Permit .
8、负责与工伤、残联、社区等政府部门的外联工作。
Work with governmental departments and community that deals with industrial injury, etc.
9、处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历。
College or above.
2、2年以上相关工作经验。
Above 2 years relative work experience.
3、熟悉劳动法和劳动合同法。
Be familiar with Labor Law and Labor Contract Law.
4、英语读写流利,能进行简单的交流。
Fluent in reading and written English, and can communicate in English basically.
5、熟练运用办公软件包括的但不限于WORD,EXCEL,PPT等。
Conversant in MS Office applications such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.
6、良好的人际、沟通、协商和影响技能。
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
