Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

* performs Failure Analysis for customers, internal production and suppliers as required.

* define what kind of analysis needed and DOE plan with follow up

* consolidate all information and result, and then provide a comprehensive report for internal review and alignment

* consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors, further improves the process and product reliability. Works with the Quality Engineer to determine if field/box line data indicates a need for process/product improvement.

* assists with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures.

* assists engineering and the development labs with all new product introduction and development.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

•College degree above, Electrical, Mechanical or automotive industry background, familiar with manufacturing process

•8~10 years working experience

•Fluent English present skill

•Drive and track completion of key deliverable, providing project oversight on outstanding items

•Good leadership and the capability to motivate the team

•Result orient and good team work attitude

•Open mind with good business acumen

•Good at Micro-office tools skill
