Main Responsibilities主要工作职责
Assist and support the management team in daily office work, email communication, warehouse accounting reporting and so on.
协助和支持并处理管理层的日常办公,电子邮件回复,仓库报表等方面的工作。
Job Requirements岗位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years’ experience as a manager assistant
大专以上学历; 3年以上的工作经验
2.Flexibility is required, High sense of responsibility and able to work into details;
工作灵活性强, 高度责任感,能够细致入微;
3.Mature personality with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion;
成熟稳重可以处理突发敏感事件
4.Fluent oral English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
流利的英语口语,良好的听,说,读,写能力;
5.Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills, good team spirit;
强大的组织,协调和沟通能力,有良好的团队合作精神;
6.Good computer skills, especially MS office with strong excel capabilities;
熟悉掌握办公室软件,特别是能够熟练操作excel表格.
