职位描述

We are looking for a driven, sales oriented and innovative individual with digital marketing experience to manage our online sales department. The person we seek to hire will be responsible for managing and executing our Online sales strategy, increase our Brand popularity over various e-commerce platforms internationally. The person should have a good grasp of online marketing to meet our various needs.

Role &Responsibilities:

·         To drive online marketing sales and strategy, create engaging content, and deployment across key channels including third party marketplaces.

·         Create and execute promotional plans using each online platform to drive sales.

·         Create competitive pricing to ensure that our products offer a compelling value and that our pricing strategies are consistent across all sales platforms. Develop detailed analysis of pricing strategies for each platform to ensure profitability. 

·         Coordinate the involvement of tech support, content writers, management, marketing team and other company personnel to meet account performance objectives and consumer expectations.

·         Focus on Customer Acquisition metrics with a balanced CAC for all paid efforts.

·         Recommend implementation of value-added activities and best practices aimed at improving digital metrics of the products.

Responsible for developing and executing on online marketing plans, interpreting data from reports.

Skills required:

·         Technical capabilities to increase online sales via our Ecommerce store and other platforms.

·         Strong business acumen and analytic skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.

·         Up to date on all industry trends with the insight to prioritize initiatives based on impact and ROI

·         Understand online customer behavior and create a satisfying consumer experience. 

·         Solutions-oriented and always willing to “figure things out” to ensure projects and campaigns are executed successfully and seamlessly. 

·         Experience in a successful online business sales generation.

·         Experience in seller central, inventory management and product research for e-commerce platform.

·         Expertise in Launching new products online from start to finish.

·         Expertise in products ranking for top keywords effectively using various tools.

·         Complete knowledge in running campaigns online for sales generation.

Requirement-

·         Educational Qualification- MBA in marketing is a must.

·         Must have two years minimum international experience working in online marketing. 

·         Minimum of one year in inventory management for various e-commerce platform. 

·         Experience running PPC campaigns and optimizing the campaigns, lowering ad cost. 

·         Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

·         Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft office, Excel and all presentation software.

·         Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is must
