Responsibilities:
· Develop a sustainable and scalable strategy to drive the growth of the business.
· Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, sales Channels, and Operations to achieve goals and ensure success of campaigns.
· To lead and support initiatives across media such as print and outdoor.
· To lead/ support the conceptualisation, organisation and execution of signature events for Brand.
· Create presentations for potential clients and strategic partners.
· Execute Channel meet programs geographically.
· Managing day-to day marketing efforts.
· Local execution through a wide range of events, creative initiative and marketing tactics.
· Responsible for developing and executing on marketing plans, interpreting data from reports.
· Assist with development of marketing material for sales team, building-specific marketing strategy and creative campaigns per region.
· Be the point of contact to ensure all sales enablement activities & requirements are managed and executed.
Skills:
· Have international exposure of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
· Able to work within a budget.
· Knowledge of promotion and communications concepts.
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.

Requirements-
· Educational Qualification- MBA in marketing.
· Minimum 2 years’ international experience in marketing, strategy, project management, events management or related field.
· Results driven and able to ensure completion of tasks.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
· Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
· Creative thinking and flexibility- ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast paced environment.
· High level of personal credibility, networking and accountability.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
· Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals.
· Proficiency with Microsoft office, Excel and all presentation software.
· Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is must
