- Identify, win and grow revenue in targeted accounts, preferred in CE, medical, automotive industry
- Work with other functions to ensure customers are provided with a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform Situation Appraisals to determine current relationship state with Key Account and identify additional opportunities
- Draft charter statements and action plans that drive the strategic direction on the Key Account
- Facilitate timely and appropriate communication channels between appropriate internal resources and Key Accounts.
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of Sales and Support programs for Key Accounts.
- Identify and measure Progress Points to ensure account plans are on track and achieving desired outcomes
- Bachelor degree, BS preferred
- 10 years of sales experience targetting key accounts，EMS industry preferred
- Good knowledge of PCBA, assembly manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong communication skill and business acumen
- Fluent English
