Conduct regular ledger closings
2. Prepare journal entries, ensure properly accounted transactions and ensure data accuracy
3. Assist in data-upload to group financial management system
4. Analysis and reporting of variances and fluctuations, reconcile accounts
5. Operation as an interface between various departments
6. Management of fixed assets
7. Ensure the compliance with organizational policies by developing and maintaining respective processes and procedures
Competency
1. Proven working experience as accountant in manufacturing industry and multinational organizations
2. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
3. Good English skills in read/write and speaking
4. Ability to effectively communicate in a written and oral way
5. Accurate working-method as well as the ability to meet deadlines
6. Good computer skills on MS Office and accounting system.
7. Ability to handle high levels of pressure, and willing to take up challenges
