岗位职责:
用流利的英文接听、回复客服电话和客服邮件。
处理客户投诉与纠纷,保持公司品牌声誉、,提升好评率、信用度。
收集、整理售后信息和数据,统计、分析、及时纠错。
任职要求:
本科学历,CET-6。
欢迎应届毕业生,有英语、广东话客服工作经历优先考虑。
细心,耐心,具有良好的语言表达能力、沟通技巧、服务意识。
对厨房家用电器产品及配件有一定的了解;有一定的财务思维。
Responsibilities:
1. Responding the inquiry phone call and mail from clients in English.
2. Solve the customers’ complaints and argue issues properly to keep the good reputation of company and improve the ranking and creditable.
3. Collect and clarify the data after sales, summarizing, analyzing and correcting timely.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, CET-6.
Welcome the fresh graduates. The English speaking and Cantonese speaking experience is preferred.
Be careful, patient, good command of the communication skills, strong service mind-set
Have some knowledge on kitchen tools/parts. Have some logic thinking related with accounting/costing is preferred.
