1.Lead Media Objective & Strategy-translate business objective into Digital & social media objective & KPI
-Define media strategy
-Annual media budget allocation plan based on annual marketing plan;
-Develop annual media calendar
-Recommendation on each media platform for how to win
2.Lead social media/content plan
-Plan social media calendar & right social platforms
-Recommend any new emerging social media vehicles
-Integration of social media and push media to maximize social campaign impact
3. Lead execution excellence
-Collaborate with Agency to ensure campaign to delivery KPI
-Identify opportunity and driver to improve execution
4. Consumer/Customer/Market insight & Understanding
-sound understanding of consumer/customer/market detailed business analysis to identify business drivers and opportunities;
5. Assist head of marketing to Develop brand & Integrated Marketing strategies and plans
Job Requirements
-3 years+ experience in digital and social media;
-knowledge of digital and social, can integrate various platform thinking seamlessly.
-Ability to translate consumer insights, data to sound media strategy
- Analytical skills, attention to details and numerical accuracy
-Able to lead day-to-day media operations with media agencies and internal stakeholders;
- Skill of oral& written English is a must
-Skill of project management is preferred
