Your Responsibilities

You will provide support services and solutions through technological innovation and technology integration, and continue to optimize.

You will formulate the company’s technological development plan and frontier research, and to provide comprehensive technical support for the company’s business development.

You will lead the team to achieve product and project objectives, coordinate all aspects of development and implementation, and ensure the smooth completion of high-quality products and projects.

You will responsible for the establishment and implementation of the technical specification system of R&D centers, to make the development work more standardized and efficient.

You will organize the training of employees in the department.

You will foster a culture of teamwork, ownership and high performance.

You are very familiar with audio products

You have strong knowledge of good software practices and methodologies.

You have experience in product development

You possess excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving abilities
