The HR Generalist-Recruitment will be based in Shenzhen-Shiyan Site. She/He will manage the direct labor staffing and employment function and activities, to ensure staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements. Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Responsible for DL& IDL recruitment, support HR project.
Keep efficient communication with departments for DL hiring and work on the hiring plan to meet labor needs.
Some Recruitments data tracker, hiring HC/demand analysis.
Expand hiring channel and make DL hiring proposal by weekly, monthly.
Lead DL Hiring team around 5-10 HC, make incentive proposal to engage hiring team’s capability.
Deal with on-board procedures.
Work on Probation Performance appraisal, new staff orientation training.
Keep good contact with labor agency on DL hiring.
Follow up labor agency contract and payment tasks.
Other tasks assigned by HR supervisor.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
Associate degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related majors.
5 years’ working experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years’ experience for direct labor hiring, recruitment.
Familiar with various kinds of sourcing channels, overall recruiting process.
Strong and proactive communication and cooperation skills with business departments and stakeholders.
Creative and brain storming mind especially on DL recruitment.
Good MS Office Skills (word, excel, PPT ext) etc
Proactive and mind set.
