大专及以上学历，理工科背景优先；

有一定的英文写作能力；

有三年以上相关实验室测试或可靠性测试经验。

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Plan and execute the reliabilitytests, analyze the failures and track the corrective actions; Lab andfacilities maintenance. Test and analyze the returns from China market andrecommend the improvement actions

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: 

Develop the test plan and complete the testsaccording to the test request from supervisor or other colleagues;

Record the test data, analyze the failures, reportthe test results, verify the results of the corrective actions developed byrelated departments;

Coordinate the test plan and follow up the testswhen the tests are arranged at different places (such as at 3rd laband factory sides;

Lab and facilities maintenance; keep the lab andfacilities at the good condition;

Plan and calibrate RSC instruments;

Take initiative in researching the best practiceand new technology/equipment to improve the tests;

Lab capacity forecast on the regular basis, sendthe alert to supervisor in advance in case the resource cannot satisfy the testdemanding;

Keep eying on international standard versionchanges and make sure RSC internal standards meet or exceed latestinternational standard, i.e. Europe IEC, US UL, Germany VDE, China GB, etc.

Store and maintain all kind of records/reports;

Manage testing the returns from China market andrecommend improvement actions

Any other jobs assignedby supervisor.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Junior college or above; major in electronic/mechanical engineering ormaterial science is preferred.

At least 3 years related experience, including experience in lab test;

Skillful in operating all the related testing equipment;

Ability in MSA is preferred

Skillful in Microsoft Office Software,

Fluent in Mandarin and,

Ability in reporting in English;

Willing to work with pressure and over time.
