Responsibilities

Responsible for all orders on time delivery, follow up production schedules and shipments, negotiate with vendor on pricing, quality and delivery dates;

Responsible for all orders’ spec and artwork and make sure vendor got all the necessary spec & artwork for all their orders before mass production；

Responsible for reporting to overseas head office, communicate directly with sales, buyers, KA and CM for all the issues happened in Asia and provide action plan, pushing project through, communicate with both Canadian headquarters and Asia factories;

Responsible for shipment arrangement, consolidate orders among vendors to save local delivery cost;

Responsible for quality improvement, communicate with quality team and help vendor solve quality problems;

Responsible for all products’ costing, negotiate price with vendor, continuously watch for the raw materials’ price change in the mass market;

Factory audits;

Sourcing various household products, experienced in various material such as plastic, metal, wood, ceramic is a plus.

Requirements 

University education or above, major in international trade, logistic or English;

5 years working experience in related areas;

Good command of MS office Programs (including words, excel, ppt, outlook etc.);

High level of energy and self -motivation, open and direct in communication;

Fluent in both written and oral English, Cantonese is a plus.
