Your Tasks:
You define the product portfolio of your area of responsibility based on technical and commercial factors for the Rutronik Group as a whole
With your product strategy, you manage purchasing, stock management, and pricing policies
You are independently responsible for working with globally operating suppliers to develop internal and external marketing campaigns for your products
You assist Sales in advising customers on a global level, especially in relation to technical matters
Your Profile:
You have successfully graduated with a college degree in electrical engineering, business economics or a comparable discipline
You have initial experience in product marketing or are a technical specialist in one of our product areas
You have an active customer focus
You are an effective communicator and a consummate professional in your dealings with business partners
You have a convincing and engaging personality and you are ready to travel
You have a good command of Microsoft Office

Product Manager (many positions-Optoelectronic components/Analog ICs/Digital ICs/Discrete Components)
We are a reputable European based broadline electronic component distributor. Due to expansion we are looking for high caliber people to join us as Product Manager.
Task:
Ensuring a product range in line with real market conditions within the classification groups of his/her competence as a basis to ensure company success
Responsibility:
1. Establishing and controlling of a marketing strategy for the assigned product range for the assigned country, realization of priority programs & price policies; Setting up and controlling the sales budget for the assigned product range.
2. Realization of supplier strategies for the assigned country, Price Quoting & Supplier visits and review meetings
3. Customer visits, maximize sales through technical support and qualified service, sampling, quote & project support
4. Participation in markom events such as exhibitions, seminars, tech days etc and carry out external and internal trainings
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics Engineering.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English & Putonghu a must. Other language ability a plus.
3. 2+ years in the electronics component distribution industry, with preference to Semiconductors, MCU, Optoelectronics, Wireless or Sensors.
4. Hands on experience and customer resources
5. Knowledge and experience in automotive and industrial segments an advantage
6. Able to delivery performance, work under pressure, a team player and solution provider
7. Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position.
