岗位职责:
1:Manage day to day operational issue with suppliers, regions (customer) and logistics to ensure timely delivery against firm zone committed plan. Work closely on order fulfillment with the supplier to resolve production and shipment delays. Build strong collaboration with operation team and 3PL, follow up the SOP process ensure KPI can be met.
2:Manage changes with suppliers, work and align an appropriate action with an upstream planner, work out alignment to collaborate with regions, ensure the open issue get closed and solved. Hold a regular meeting for supply improvement with suppliers.
3:Work closely about regions or customer’s inbound and outbound orders (import, export, warehousing, and delivery) to manage the shipment process flow from supplier’s shipment to receiving to regions or distributor including work closely with regional warehouse for shipment/documentation updates. Follow the SOP for the billing process, timeline, delivery, and trade term. Hold a regular meeting for logistic regular improvement with 3PL.
4:Follow the committed supply plan, prepare PO / billing information in a timely manner, maintain and keep the database records. Handle pre/post PO / billing change with SOP team (suppliers & 3PL) for a process, collect and manage material liabilities created by PO / forecast change. Work with internal team to make purchases and reconcile invoices.
5:Assist in preparation of KPI report / ISO Audit. Perform ad hoc duties required by Manager
任职要求:
1:With at least 5 years of supply chain or shipping & logistic working experience, gained from sizable international company.
2:Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
3:Proficient in Microsoft office particular in Excel. SAP knowledge is preferable.
4:Familiar with supply chain/ logistic/ planning/ retail industry is a plus
5:Diploma or above
