Job Description

The Marketing and Communication Assist Manager will be based in South China. He or she will be a strong team player to support the Marketing and Communications team in China in the area of PR, social media, employee engagement and branding initiatives.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

* Compile, curate and write high-quality content (social media postings, case studies, recruitment collaterals, etc)

* Further fortify Flex's branding efforts via social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, etc)

协助市场部通过新媒体平台（如：微信，微博，抖音，社群等）进行品牌宣传和推广；在公众号上与用户进行互动；

* Analyze Flex China's social media accounts data and generate innovative ideas to drive social media buzz and increase social media engagement rate;

分析运营数据，结合数据制定并调整运营策略，提高用户量、阅读量和互动数量,

* Collaborate with China stakeholders, such as HR, CSER, Recruitment and BD teams to roll-out online and onsite campaigns to engage with employees and increase visibilities in the targeted market.

与中国的利益相关方沟通合作（如人力资源，社会责任，招聘和业务部门等），开展线上线下的活动，提升员工参与度和在目标市场群体的提升知名度。

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

* Bachelor degree of Marketing, Communications, HR, Chinese Language, English or other related majors;

本科或以上学历，市场营销、传媒传播、人力资源、汉语言、英语等相关专业为佳；

* Experience in managing official social media accounts (e.g. WeChat, Weibo and other SM platforms) Sound analytical skills and good at capturing users / followers needs;

具有微信、微博、抖音等公众号运营、及其他新媒体平台运营经验；（有新媒体文案作品请提供作品参考）; 具备良好的用户视角，能精准把握用户需求，有良好的策划、创新和分析能力；
