Duties & Responsibilities:

*Lead & own DRI(Direct Responsible Individual) projects to ensure success at all levels.

*Engage directly with customers on technical matter for better communication, create partnership, develop confidence and gain trust.

*Understand customer needs in order for us to build advantage ahead of the competition.

*Work closely and seamlessly with our Sales/Marketing, Operations, Costing team in order for us to deliver authentic value, superior quality, cost effective solutions to the customers.

*Identify and develop innovative solutions, new technology and sutainable applications.

*Provide technical guidance and design directions to NPD team partner.

Qualification requirements;

*At least 5 years’ experience in packaging industry.

*Rich experience in packaging design, materials, tooling, processes and new technologies.

*Customer oriented individual

*Good experience in project management

*Highly responsible individual

*Results oriented

*Good interpersonal skills

*Proactive and good listener

*University graduates, packaging engineering course is a plus

*Good English and Chinese communication skills. Other language is a plus.

*Accept frequent business travel.
