Ensure monthly payroll accuracy and on time
Legal Monitoring
-Ensure C&B operations in line with law and on time: probation, onboard/departure, overtime, social charge, labor contract and individual income tax declaration etc
Policies and HR systems
-Manage C&B structure and internal salary grid to ensure competitive level in the market
-Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy, including PS / report database /attendance etc
-Management expatriation
Reporting and audits
-Responsible for C&B reports including headcount, attendance and Overtime analysis etc
-Lead internal and external audits regarding C&B aspects
C&B Projects
-Lead the C&B projects including budgets
Support
-Provide salary proposal to recruitment team
-Support on MD process including merit increase etc
-C&B knowledge coaching
Fulfil the tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.
任职要求:
5年以上C&B工作经验,熟悉当地劳动法、社会保险和个人政策,有较强的英语口语和写作能力。
