DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

The position Molding Program Manager will base in Shuangliu District，Chengdu. It is responsible for fulfilling the project delivery on time and achieve quality target; You should control project run in budget, meanwhile, to keep good communication and remain good relationship with customer in order to meet satisfaction goal.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

* Keep good communication and build good relationship with customer, understand project demand

* Coordinate with internal team to push project moving forward, monitoring and tracking project status to ensure progress in schedule.

* Responsible for technical review in NPI stage, provide technical support for DFM and tool quotation

* Responsible for project delivery on time and in quality target, control project in budget to meet company financial KPI

* Responsible for quality issue tracking after sale and provide support to customer

* To maintain customer relationship in good status to meet customer satisfaction KPI

* To provide training and guiding to team members and responsible for the performance of project team

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

* Associate or above. 8 year working experience above, Skilled in use of oral / writing English

* Expert of tooling design and strong technical background in product and plastic tooling

* Good leadership of Project and familiar with Project management workflow

* Excellent communication skill and crossing communication champion

* Good team management
